How to find the right information for your ticket category

Registration

General information on check-in

Check-In:

To ensure that everything runs smoothly and to enable an incredible experience, it is important that all participants of the Unleash the Power Within have already registered before the start of the event at the specified registration times. Registration is therefore mandatory for participation in the event.

The check-in for the Unleash the Power Within consists of 2 parts:

Part 1: Personalization of the ticket

Part 2: Receipt of the admission wristband and lanyard with personalized badge (serves as admission ticket every 4 days)

Part 1 can already be done online before the event, so you save a lot of time on site at check-in. Further information will be published approx. 1-2 months before the event.

Online registration and check-in

Who can register online?

Online registration is triggered by the purchaser of the ticket and is possible if the purchaser has the participant's data. For tickets that are sold, only on-site registration is possible. Simply bring the PDF ticket and your identity card with you.

The 4 steps of online registration

Step 1: The buyer assigns the ticket(s) to the participants

Step 2: Each participant enters their own personal data (must match ID card)

Step 3: Each participant checks the data for accuracy

Step 4: Each participant receives a confirmation email with a QR code for admission

Check-In with online registration

If you have already registered your ticket online, only your ID card will be checked against the data provided on site. The QR code from the confirmation email is required for this. You will then receive your admission wristband, your lanyard with your name badge and your workbook. The wristband and lanyard are valid as admission tickets for all 4 days. Entry cannot be guaranteed if they are lost. Please also bring your workbook with you for all 4 days.

On-site registration and check-in

On-site registration is possible for all participants. However, we strongly recommend online registration in order to save a lot of time on site and ensure fast admission for all participants.

Check-in with on-site registration

Your badge with your name will be printed and you will then hold your admission wristband, your lanyard with your name badge and your workbook. The wristband and lanyard are valid as admission tickets for all 4 days. If they are lost, admission can no longer be guaranteed. Please also bring your workbook with you for all 4 days

What do I bring with me?

If you have already registered online:

1. QR code from the confirmation email of the completed registration (printed or online) - alternatively, you can also bring your PDF ticket with you

2. identity card/passport

If you register on site:

Check-In on September 3 and Easy Access access

Check-in is already possible one day before the event - both for participants who have already registered online and for those who will register on site.

Your big advantage:

If you complete check-in on September 3, you will receive Easy Access for the first day of the event. This is only open to participants who have already checked in. You will receive further information at check-in.

Is registration mandatory?

To ensure that everything runs smoothly and to enable an incredible experience, it is important that all participants of the Unleash the Power Within have already registered before the start of the event at the registration times mentioned.

Admission to the UPW event 

Free accompanying person with a disability card?

If you have proof that you need an accompanying person, we will be happy to issue you with an accompanying person ticket! Because then you can bring an accompanying person to the festival free of charge.

Important! Please note that we can only provide the second ticket if a "B" is noted on your ID.

Here are the steps

1. order the desired ticket.
2. send us a screenshot of your ticket together with your ID using the contact form below.
3. we will then send you a free companion ticket in the same category.
Please also let us know the ticket category (Gold, Platinum, Black, Diamond) that you have selected so that we can issue the appropriate ticket.

Important: If you are dependent on a wheelchair or have a walking disability, we strongly recommend that you book a Gold ticket, as suitable seats are only available in this category. Even if you have a ticket for the indoor area (Platinum or Diamond category), you can only sit in a special area on the lower tier level (Gold category) due to the Lanxess Arena's requirements and the fire protection concept.

What items am I not allowed to take onto the premises?

Prohibited items

Weapons of any kind (including pepper spray) or objects that look like weapons, including toy weapons

Poles or sticks of any kind, including camera tripods and selfie sticks (hand-held extension poles for cameras and mobile devices)

Umbrellas under 36" may be permitted in bad weather

Pets or other animals, with the exception of legally authorized service animals, which must remain on a leash and accompanied by their owner at all times

Recreational devices such as drones, unmanned aerial systems (UAS), remote-controlled toys or other wheeled vehicles as mobility aids for the disabled

Glass container

Liquids of all kinds.

Drinks, illegal substances, drugs or drug paraphernalia

Objects that may prevent others from enjoying the event, such as banners, signs, beach balls or other inflatable devices, laser pointers, noise machines, horns, musical instruments, balls, frisbees

Battery-powered clothing, including heated socks, jackets, etc.

Camcorders, video recorders or cameras with detachable lenses larger than 6"

Chairs, stools or other seating devices

Fireworks or pyrotechnics of any kind

Offensive or obscene clothing, including language or gestures that may incite, provoke or encourage a confrontation or physical assault

Any other item deemed potentially harmful or disruptive by the venue or security personnel

Prohibited items and items that are unsuitable or unsafe for entry to the event are the responsibility of the participant and cannot be accepted, stored or controlled by the venue or the event.

What age is the UPW suitable for?

Have your child at the UPW - Here is the information!

Unleash the Power Within is generally suitable for participants of all ages. However, we recommend participation from the age of 16, as some program items are not suitable for younger children. Children under the age of 16 must leave the inside of the arena for certain program items. For example, they are not allowed to take part in the 5-hour Dickensian Trial on Saturday. We offer childcare in the children's room during this time.

Where can I park at the Lanxess Arena?

Here you will find all the important information if you are traveling by car.

The Arena parking garages P1 to P4 are available to you and are open around the clock. Just note that the maximum entry height in these parking garages is 1.90 meters.

Important note: Please note that P3, the VIP parking lot, and P5 may not be available.

We strongly recommend that you use the arena fare in advance to ensure that everything runs smoothly when you leave. This way, you can enjoy your visit to the Lanxess Arena worry-free and concentrate fully on the event.

Can I bring a backpack, suitcase, bags or electronic devices?

You may bring bags and rucksacks up to A4 size (21 cm x 29.7 cm) into the Lanxess Arena. However, larger bags and suitcases must be handed in on the north side in front of the arena (see map). A special bag drop-off point is available for this purpose.

We would like to point out that professional cameras, laptops and tablets may not be taken onto the premises and must also be deposited at the bag drop-off point.

To find the bag drop-off point, go outside the grounds to the north side of the Lanxess Arena. There you will find a stand where you can safely store your bag.

Further information on the regulations and bag drop-off can also be found on the Lanxess Arena website. It is important to follow these guidelines to ensure a smooth process and the safety of all visitors.

Do I have a fixed seat?

Free choice of seat in the category assigned to you - enjoy your preferred seat!

With your ticket, depending on the area, you have the option of selecting a seat of your choice. However, it is important to note that this seat is not permanently reserved for you. The principle of "free choice of seat - first come, first serve" applies here. To ensure that you get your preferred seat, we therefore recommend that you return to your seat in good time.

How do I pay in the Lanxess arena? - Cashless Arena

Enjoy cashless payment in the Lanxess arena!

From Friday, 01.08.2025, it will only be possible to make cashless payments in large parts of the arena. Visitors are asked to take this into account when planning their visit to the LANXESS arena. Further information can be found here:

Accessibility in the Lanxess Arena

If you are looking for information on accessibility at the Lanxess Arena, all relevant details for visitors with physical disabilities are available on the arena's official website. This information includes details of wheelchair-accessible entrances, elevators and accessible toilets. Am I allowed to leave the UPW premises?

During the UPW, it is no problem at all to leave the site, whether to have a meal or take a short break. You can leave the grounds at will and return later without any problems. Once you receive a wristband and lanyard on entry, simply show it when you want to return to the site. This gives you the freedom to enjoy UPW to the full and at the same time the opportunity to fulfill your personal needs in between. Your comfort and enjoyment are our top priority!

Make sure you always have your admission wristband and lanyard with you when you leave the UPW grounds!

There are numerous different hotels available in the immediate vicinity of the Lanxess Arena. You are sure to find the hotel that best suits your needs via Google or other search platforms such as Booking. We do not wish to make a specific recommendation.

Questions about tickets, translation & insurance

Questions about tickets in general?

1. ticket types: The UPW offers different types of tickets, depending on what kind of access you want. There are standard tickets, VIP tickets and possibly also special ticket offers.

2nd prizes: Prices vary depending on the ticket type and, if applicable, the time of purchase. As a rule, standard tickets are cheaper than VIP tickets.

3. availability: Ticket availability may be limited, especially for certain offers such as VIP packages or early bird discounts. It is advisable to purchase tickets early to ensure you secure your place at the festival.

4. admission: The tickets contain information about admission. Please note that in addition to the admission tickets, there are also tickets for translation devices and insurance, which alone do not entitle you to admission. Make sure you bring the admission ticket with you to ensure smooth access to the festival site.

5. refund and exchange: Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.

6. additional services: VIP tickets or special offers may include additional services such as priority access, special seating areas or exclusive offers such as food and drink.

7. safety: Make sure you keep your ticket safe, as it often cannot be replaced if it is lost or stolen.

8. updated information: Make sure you keep an eye on the official website or other official channels for any updates and changes regarding your ticket.

If you are unable to attend the event due to unforeseen circumstances, such as a serious illness like Covid-19, pregnancy, a job change or a public transport delay that causes more than half of the event, you will receive a refund up to a maximum of €2000.

This insurance also covers serious accidental injuries and damage to your property.

Ticket not received?

Generally, the ticket will be sent to you as a PDF in an e-mail after you place your order

Sometimes it can happen that emails from Greator accidentally end up in your spam folder. It is therefore advisable to check this folder regularly to ensure that you do not miss any important messages from us.

To be on the safe side, we recommend that you save your ticket externally on your cell phone and your laptop or PC. This way, you will always have access to all relevant information, even if you don't have an internet connection.

However, if you cannot find a message from us in your spam folder, please do not hesitate to contact us using the contact form below. Our team will take care of your request immediately and ensure that you receive all the important information. Your satisfaction and a smooth process are very important to us.

Questions about the translation devices?

Everything you need to know about translation devices

If you have purchased your ticket for the event, you have the option of adding simultaneous translation to your ticket.

Want to understand everything in your language? No problem! Simultaneous translation makes it possible. Please note, however, that the translation is only provided for English-speaking speakers in the respective language and no other languages are supported.

Important! Your ticket does not include a translation device by default. You must therefore select the option to add a translation device during the ordering process.

We offer translation services in the following languages: Spanish, French, German, Italian, Russian, Hebrew, Dutch, Greek and Polish.

Please have all documents (ticket) ready to hand out the device without being asked.

The device is on loan - a fee of €200 will be charged if it is lost or damaged.

Do you use a hearing aid and need a special adapter? Please contact us in advance so that we can prepare everything.
After your order, you will receive a confirmation of purchase together with your ticket from Elopage/Ablefy  by e-mail a PDF with your access ticket and translation ticket.

Standby for your translation device - how it works:

You have the choice of bringing your ticket either printed out or digitally on your cell phone.

There will be clear signs in the Lanxess Arena indicating where you can collect your translation device. Please have your ticket ready to complete the process quickly and smoothly.

Reorder your translation device:

You can reorder your translation device up to one week before the event. After that, it is no longer possible to reorder, not even during the event.

If you would like to add a translation device to your ticket at a later date, go to the order page and select the desired language to order the device.

Questions about the invoice?

After you have received your tickets, you should also have received an e-mail with the corresponding invoice. Please check both your mailbox and your spam folder carefully, as the e-mail may occasionally end up there.

Problem with the order?

If your VAT identification number (VAT ID) is not accepted when ordering, simply order the ticket as a private individual. We will subsequently add the relevant data to your invoice. Please let us know using the contact form below.

Value added tax on ticket purchases outside Germany

When purchasing a ticket for the Greator Festival, the German VAT of 19 % is automatically calculated. This is determined in accordance with German tax laws and it is not possible to change this tax calculation.

Can I cancel my ticket?

We understand that plans sometimes change - however, we would like to point out that unfortunately it is not possible to cancel. According to § 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts for leisure events that take place on a fixed date. This also applies to tickets for our event.

The good news is that your ticket is not personal and can therefore easily be passed on or sold to another person. So someone else can take your place - perhaps you know someone who would be happy to take part.

If you sell your ticket, we recommend that you make a brief written agreement with the buyer to avoid misunderstandings and ensure a smooth process.

All you have to do is send the PDF ticket to the new participant. The ticket is then simply personalized on site at check-in - a valid ID card is required for this. Please allow enough time for this process, as there may be longer waiting times, especially on the first day of the event.

Can I pass on or sell my ticket?

Food & beverage regulation

Can I bring my own catering (food & drinks)?

You are not allowed to bring your own food and drink, but we have a large selection for you!

We would like to politely ask you not to bring your own food and drink, because in the Lanxess Arena, as in other catering establishments, house rules apply. This means that you are not permitted to bring your own food or drink, similar to restaurants, cinemas and theaters.

We understand that this is an important rule to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests. But don't worry! We have prepared a wide selection of food and drinks for you. You will find numerous stalls in the arena where you can buy drinks and snacks at the regular Lanxess Arena prices.

Our ultimate goal is to ensure that your visit to the Lanxess Arena is an unforgettable experience. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation and look forward to welcoming you.
Flexibility in catering: You can leave the arena at any time!

We want to make sure that you have the freedom to organize your catering according to your wishes. Therefore, it is possible to leave the arena at any time and satisfy your culinary needs in the surrounding restaurants, supermarkets or kiosks. Your experience is in your hands and you can eat as you please at any time.

Make sure you always have your admission wristband and lanyard with you when you leave the UPW grounds.

If a food intolerance, allergy or other medical reasons mean that you have to bring your own food, please discuss this in advance with the LANXESS arena guest services. They can issue you a permit in special cases. You can find the contact details of the catering service here:

Catering for different ticket categories

Own food and drink: We would like to point out that it is not permitted to bring your own food and drink into the arena. These items must be disposed of before entering the arena. It is also not permitted to bring bottles of any kind into the arena.
Catering for different ticket categories:

- Silver Ticket: We have prepared a wide selection of food and drinks for you. You will find numerous stalls in the arena where you can buy drinks and snacks at the regular Lanxess Arena prices.

- Gold Ticket: We have prepared a wide selection of food and drinks for you. You will find numerous stalls in the arena where you can buy drinks and snacks at the regular Lanxess Arena prices.

- Ultimate Ticket: We have prepared a wide selection of food and drinks for you. You will find numerous stalls in the arena where you can buy drinks and snacks at the regular Lanxess Arena prices.

- Black Ticket: If you have a Black Ticket for the event and have been allocated a box, you can expect a comfortable experience. Your food and drinks will be brought directly to your box so that you can enjoy them in peace. Breakfast consists of small snacks, while hot dishes are served for lunch and dinner. Our black box catering opens at the same time as the interior.

- Diamond Premium Ticket: Diamond Premium ticket holders who have a seat right by the stage with Tony Robbins can get their food and drinks in the WEST/ EAST club room and in the BACKSTAGE restaurant. Breakfast consists of small snacks, while hot dishes are served for lunch and dinner.

No special discount this year, but other options available!

Unfortunately, we do not offer a special discount for you as a young person up to the age of 25. We understand that this can be disappointing and we regret this.

However, we would like to point out that we offer various payment options that can help you to spread your expenses. For example, we offer the option of paying in installments so that you don't have to pay the total amount all at once.

We regret that we are unable to answer any further individual inquiries about discounts. However, we hope that this information will help you to find a suitable solution. Our priority is to provide you with an unforgettable experience.

Free accompanying person with a disability card?

If you have proof that you need an accompanying person, we will be happy to issue you with an accompanying person ticket! Because then you can bring an accompanying person to the festival free of charge. 

Important! Please note that we can only provide the second ticket if a "B" is noted on your ID.

3. we will then send you a free companion ticket in the same category.
Please also let us know the ticket category (Gold, Platinum, Black, Diamond) that you have selected so that we can issue the appropriate ticket.

Important: If you are dependent on a wheelchair or have a walking disability, we strongly recommend that you book a Gold ticket, as suitable seats are only available in this category. Even if you have a ticket for the indoor area (Platinum or Diamond category), you can only sit in a special area on the lower tier level (Gold category) due to the Lanxess Arena's requirements and the fire protection concept.

What age is the UPW suitable for?

Have your child at the UPW - Here is the information!

Unleash the Power Within is generally suitable for participants of all ages. However, we recommend participation from the age of 16, as some program items are not suitable for younger children. Children under the age of 16 must leave the inside of the arena for certain program items. For example, they are not allowed to take part in the 5-hour Dickensian Trial on Saturday. We offer childcare in the children's room during this time.

Where can I park at the Lanxess Arena?

Here you will find all the important information if you are traveling by car.

The Arena parking garages P1 to P4 are available to you and are open around the clock. Just note that the maximum entry height in these parking garages is 1.90 meters.

Important note: Please note that P3, the VIP parking lot, and P5 may not be available.

We strongly recommend that you use the arena fare in advance to ensure that everything runs smoothly when you leave. This way, you can enjoy your visit to the Lanxess Arena worry-free and concentrate fully on the event.

Can I bring a backpack, suitcase, bags or electronic devices?

You may bring bags and rucksacks up to A4 size (21 cm x 29.7 cm) into the Lanxess Arena. However, larger bags and suitcases must be handed in on the north side in front of the arena (see map). A special bag drop-off point is available for this purpose.

We would like to point out that professional cameras, laptops and tablets may not be taken onto the premises and must also be deposited at the bag drop-off point.

To find the bag drop-off point, go outside the grounds to the north side of the Lanxess Arena. There you will find a stand where you can safely store your bag.

Further information on the regulations and bag drop-off can also be found on the Lanxess Arena website. It is important to follow these guidelines to ensure a smooth process and the safety of all visitors.

Do I have a fixed seat?

Free choice of seat in the category assigned to you - enjoy your preferred seat!

With your ticket, depending on the area, you have the option of selecting a seat of your choice. However, it is important to note that this seat is not permanently reserved for you. The principle of "free choice of seat - first come, first serve" applies here. To ensure that you get your preferred seat, we therefore recommend that you return to your seat in good time.

How do I pay in the Lanxess arena? - Cashless Arena

This gives you the freedom to enjoy UPW to the full and at the same time the opportunity to fulfill your personal needs in between. Your comfort and enjoyment are our top priority!

Make sure you always have your admission wristband and lanyard with you when you leave the UPW grounds!

Questions about tickets in general

1. ticket types: The UPW offers different types of tickets, depending on what kind of access you want. There are standard tickets, VIP tickets and possibly also special ticket offers.

2nd prizes: Prices vary depending on the ticket type and, if applicable, the time of purchase. As a rule, standard tickets are cheaper than VIP tickets.

3. availability: Ticket availability may be limited, especially for certain offers such as VIP packages or early bird discounts. It is advisable to purchase tickets early to ensure you secure your place at the festival.

4. admission: The tickets contain information about admission. Please note that in addition to the admission tickets, there are also tickets for translation devices and insurance, which alone do not entitle you to admission. Make sure you bring the admission ticket with you to ensure smooth access to the festival site.

5. refund and exchange: Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.

6. additional services: VIP tickets or special offers may include additional services such as priority access, special seating areas or exclusive offers such as food and drink.

If you have purchased your ticket for the event, you have the option of adding simultaneous translation to your ticket.

Want to understand everything in your language? No problem! Simultaneous translation makes it possible. Please note, however, that the translation is only provided for English-speaking speakers in the respective language and no other languages are supported.

Important! Your ticket does not include a translation device by default. You must therefore select the option to add a translation device during the ordering process.

We offer translation services in the following languages: Spanish, French, German, Italian, Russian, Hebrew, Dutch, Greek and Polish.

Please have all documents (ticket) ready to hand out the device without being asked.

The device is on loan - a fee of €200 will be charged if it is lost or damaged.

You have the choice of bringing your ticket either printed out or digitally on your cell phone.

There will be clear signs in the Lanxess Arena indicating where you can collect your translation device. Please have your ticket ready to complete the process quickly and smoothly.

Reorder your translation device:

You can reorder your translation device up to one week before the event. After that, it is no longer possible to reorder, not even during the event.

If you want to add your translation device to your ticket at a later date, simply open the order page for your ticket and select the appropriate option to add your translation device.

Problem with the order?

Value added tax on ticket purchases outside Germany

When purchasing a ticket for the Greator Festival, the German VAT of 19 % is automatically calculated. This is determined in accordance with German tax laws and it is not possible to change this tax calculation.

Can I cancel my ticket?

We understand that plans sometimes change - however, we would like to point out that unfortunately it is not possible to cancel. According to § 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts for leisure events that take place on a fixed date. This also applies to tickets for our event.

The good news is that your ticket is not personal and can therefore easily be passed on or sold to another person. So someone else can take your place - perhaps you know someone who would be happy to take part.

If you sell your ticket, we recommend that you make a brief written agreement with the buyer to avoid misunderstandings and ensure a smooth process.

We would like to politely ask you not to bring your own food and drink, because in the Lanxess Arena, as in other catering establishments, house rules apply. This means that you are not permitted to bring your own food or drink, similar to restaurants, cinemas and theaters.

We understand that this is an important rule to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests. But don't worry! We have prepared a wide selection of food and drinks for you. You will find numerous stalls in the arena where you can buy drinks and snacks at the regular Lanxess Arena prices.

Our ultimate goal is to ensure that your visit to the Lanxess Arena is an unforgettable experience. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation and look forward to welcoming you.
Flexibility in catering: You can leave the arena at any time!

We want to make sure that you have the freedom to organize your catering according to your wishes. - Diamond Premium Ticket: Diamond Premium ticket holders who have a seat right by the stage with Tony Robbins can get their food and drinks in the WEST/ EAST club room and in the BACKSTAGE restaurant. Breakfast consists of small snacks, while hot dishes are served for lunch and dinner.

- Diamond Ticketswhich acquired via Tony Robbins or as Bonus awarded do not include catering - here you can also purchase food and drinks directly in the arena.

Who can register online?

Online registration is triggered by the purchaser of the ticket and is possible if the purchaser has the participant's data. For tickets that are sold, only on-site registration is possible. Simply bring the PDF ticket and your identity card with you.

To ensure that everything runs smoothly and to enable an incredible experience, it is important that all participants of the Unleash the Power Within have already registered before the start of the event at the registration times mentioned.

Free accompanying person with a disability card?

If you have proof that you need an accompanying person, we will be happy to issue you with an accompanying person ticket! Because then you can bring an accompanying person to the festival free of charge. 

Important! Please note that we can only provide the second ticket if a "B" is noted on your ID.

3. we will then send you a free companion ticket in the same category.
Please also let us know the ticket category (Gold, Platinum, Black, Diamond) that you have selected so that we can issue the appropriate ticket.

Even if you have a ticket for the indoor area (Platinum or Diamond category), you can only sit in a special area on the lower tier level (Gold category) due to the Lanxess Arena's requirements and the fire protection concept.

What items am I not allowed to take onto the premises?

Recreational devices such as drones, unmanned aerial systems (UAS), remote-controlled toys or other wheeled vehicles as mobility aids for the disabled

Drinks, illegal substances, drugs or drug paraphernalia

Objects that may prevent others from enjoying the event, such as banners, signs, beach balls or other inflatable devices, laser pointers, noise machines, horns, musical instruments, balls, frisbees

What age is the UPW suitable for?

Have your child at the UPW - Here is the information!

Unleash the Power Within is generally suitable for participants of all ages. However, we recommend participation from the age of 16, as some program items are not suitable for younger children. Children under the age of 16 must leave the inside of the arena for certain program items. For example, they are not allowed to take part in the 5-hour Dickensian Trial on Saturday. We offer childcare in the children's room during this time.

Where can I park at the Lanxess Arena?

Here you will find all the important information if you are traveling by car.

The Arena parking garages P1 to P4 are available to you and are open around the clock. Just note that the maximum entry height in these parking garages is 1.90 meters.

Important note: Please note that P3, the VIP parking lot, and P5 may not be available.

We strongly recommend that you use the arena fare in advance to ensure that everything runs smoothly when you leave. This way, you can enjoy your visit to the Lanxess Arena worry-free and concentrate fully on the event.

Can I bring a backpack, suitcase, bags or electronic devices?

You may bring bags and rucksacks up to A4 size (21 cm x 29.7 cm) into the Lanxess Arena. However, larger bags and suitcases must be handed in on the north side in front of the arena (see map). A special bag drop-off point is available for this purpose.

We would like to point out that professional cameras, laptops and tablets may not be taken onto the premises and must also be deposited at the bag drop-off point.

To find the bag drop-off point, go outside the grounds to the north side of the Lanxess Arena. There you will find a stand where you can safely store your bag.

Further information on the regulations and bag drop-off can also be found on the Lanxess Arena website. It is important to follow these guidelines to ensure a smooth process and the safety of all visitors.

Do I have a fixed seat?

Free choice of seat in the category assigned to you - enjoy your preferred seat!

With your ticket, depending on the area, you have the option of selecting a seat of your choice. However, it is important to note that this seat is not permanently reserved for you. The principle of "free choice of seat - first come, first serve" applies here. To ensure that you get your preferred seat, we therefore recommend that you return to your seat in good time.

How do I pay in the Lanxess arena? - Cashless Arena

From Friday, 01.08.2025, it will only be possible to make cashless payments in large parts of the arena. Visitors are asked to take this into account when planning their visit to the LANXESS arena. Further information can be found here:

Am I allowed to leave the UPW premises?

During the UPW, it is no problem at all to leave the site, whether to have a meal or take a short break. You can leave the grounds at will and return later without any problems. Once you receive a wristband and lanyard on entry, simply show it when you want to return to the site. This gives you the freedom to enjoy UPW to the full and at the same time the opportunity to fulfill your personal needs in between. Your comfort and enjoyment are our top priority!

Make sure you always have your admission wristband and lanyard with you when you leave the UPW grounds!

There are numerous different hotels available in the immediate vicinity of the Lanxess Arena. You are sure to find the hotel that best suits your needs via Google or other search platforms such as Booking. We do not wish to make a specific recommendation.

Questions about tickets in general

1. ticket types: The UPW offers different types of tickets, depending on what kind of access you want. There are standard tickets, VIP tickets and possibly also special ticket offers.

2nd prizes: Prices vary depending on the ticket type and, if applicable, the time of purchase. As a rule, standard tickets are cheaper than VIP tickets.

3. availability: Ticket availability may be limited, especially for certain offers such as VIP packages or early bird discounts. It is advisable to purchase tickets early to ensure you secure your place at the festival.

4. admission: The tickets contain information about admission. Please note that in addition to the admission tickets, there are also tickets for translation devices and insurance, which alone do not entitle you to admission. Make sure you bring the admission ticket with you to ensure smooth access to the festival site.

5. refund and exchange: Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.

6. additional services: VIP tickets or special offers may include additional services such as priority access, special seating areas or exclusive offers such as food and drink.

7. safety: Make sure you keep your ticket safe, as it often cannot be replaced if it is lost or stolen.

8. updated information: Make sure you keep an eye on the official website or other official channels for any updates and changes regarding your ticket.

If you are unable to attend the event due to unforeseen circumstances, such as a serious illness like Covid-19, pregnancy, a job change or a public transport delay that causes more than half of the event, you will receive a refund up to a maximum of €2000.

Generally, the ticket will be sent to you as a PDF in an e-mail after you place your order

Sometimes it can happen that emails from Greator accidentally end up in your spam folder. It is therefore advisable to check this folder regularly to ensure that you do not miss any important messages from us.

To be on the safe side, we recommend that you save your ticket externally on your cell phone and your laptop or PC. This way, you will always have access to all relevant information, even if you don't have an internet connection.

Questions about the translation devices?

Everything you need to know about translation devices

If you have purchased your ticket for the event, you have the option of adding simultaneous translation to your ticket.

Want to understand everything in your language? No problem! Simultaneous translation makes it possible. Please note, however, that the translation is only provided for English-speaking speakers in the respective language and no other languages are supported.

Important! Your ticket does not include a translation device by default. You must therefore select the option to add a translation device during the ordering process.

We offer translation services in the following languages: Spanish, French, German, Italian, Russian, Hebrew, Dutch, Greek and Polish.

Please have all documents (ticket) ready to hand out the device without being asked.

The device is on loan - a fee of €200 will be charged if it is lost or damaged.

Do you use a hearing aid and need a special adapter? Please contact us in advance so that we can prepare everything.
After your order, you will receive a confirmation of purchase together with your ticket from Elopage/Ablefy  by e-mail a PDF with your access ticket and translation ticket.

Standby for your translation device - how it works:

You have the choice of bringing your ticket either printed out or digitally on your cell phone.

There will be clear signs in the Lanxess Arena indicating where you can collect your translation device. Please have your ticket ready to complete the process quickly and smoothly.

Reorder your translation device:

You can reorder your translation device up to one week before the event. After that, it is no longer possible to reorder, not even during the event.

If you want to add your translation device to your ticket at a later date, simply open the order page for your ticket and select the appropriate option to add your translation device.

Questions about the invoice?

After you have received your tickets, you should also have received an e-mail with the corresponding invoice. Please check both your mailbox and your spam folder carefully, as the e-mail may occasionally end up there.

Problem with the order?

Value added tax on ticket purchases outside Germany

When purchasing a ticket for the Greator Festival, the German VAT of 19 % is automatically calculated. This is determined in accordance with German tax laws and it is not possible to change this tax calculation.

Can I cancel my ticket?

We understand that plans sometimes change - however, we would like to point out that unfortunately it is not possible to cancel. According to § 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts for leisure events that take place on a fixed date. This also applies to tickets for our event.

The good news is that your ticket is not personal and can therefore easily be passed on or sold to another person. So someone else can take your place - perhaps you know someone who would be happy to take part.

If you sell your ticket, we recommend that you make a brief written agreement with the buyer to avoid misunderstandings and ensure a smooth process.

All you have to do is send the PDF ticket to the new participant. The ticket is then simply personalized on site at check-in - a valid ID card is required for this. Please allow enough time for this process, as there may be longer waiting times, especially on the first day of the event.

Can I bring my own catering (food & drinks)?

You are not allowed to bring your own food and drink, but we have a large selection for you!

We would like to politely ask you not to bring your own food and drink, because in the Lanxess Arena, as in other catering establishments, house rules apply. This means that you are not permitted to bring your own food or drink, similar to restaurants, cinemas and theaters.

We understand that this is an important rule to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests. But don't worry! We have prepared a wide selection of food and drinks for you. You will find numerous stalls in the arena where you can buy drinks and snacks at the regular Lanxess Arena prices.

Our ultimate goal is to ensure that your visit to the Lanxess Arena is an unforgettable experience. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation and look forward to welcoming you.
Flexibility in catering: You can leave the arena at any time!

We want to make sure that you have the freedom to organize your catering according to your wishes. Therefore, it is possible to leave the arena at any time and satisfy your culinary needs in the surrounding restaurants, supermarkets or kiosks. Your experience is in your hands and you can eat as you please at any time.

Our black box catering opens at the same time as the interior.

- Diamond Premium Ticket: Diamond Premium ticket holders who have a seat right by the stage with Tony Robbins can get their food and drinks in the WEST/ EAST club room and in the BACKSTAGE restaurant. Breakfast consists of small snacks, while hot dishes are served for lunch and dinner.

- Diamond Ticketswhich acquired via Tony Robbins or as Bonus awarded do not include catering - here you can also purchase food and drinks directly in the arena.

Registration is therefore mandatory for participation in the event.

The check-in for the Unleash the Power Within consists of 2 parts:

Part 1: Personalization of the ticket

Part 2: Receipt of the admission wristband and lanyard with personalized badge (serves as admission ticket every 4 days)

Part 1 can already be done online before the event, so you save a lot of time on site at check-in. Further information will be published approx. 1-2 months before the event.

Online registration and check-in

Who can register online?

Online registration is triggered by the purchaser of the ticket and is possible if the purchaser has the participant's data. For tickets that are sold, only on-site registration is possible. Simply bring the PDF ticket and your identity card with you.

The 4 steps of online registration

Step 1: The buyer assigns the ticket(s) to the participants

Step 2: Each participant enters their own personal data (must match ID card)

Step 3: Each participant checks the data for accuracy

Step 4: Each participant receives a confirmation email with a QR code for admission

Check-In with online registration

If you have already registered your ticket online, only your ID card will be checked against the data provided on site. The QR code from the confirmation email is required for this. You will then receive your admission wristband, your lanyard with your name badge and your workbook. The wristband and lanyard are valid as admission tickets for all 4 days. Entry cannot be guaranteed if they are lost. Please also bring your workbook with you for all 4 days.

On-site registration and check-in

On-site registration is possible for all participants. However, we strongly recommend online registration in order to save a lot of time on site and ensure fast admission for all participants.

Your badge with your name will be printed and you will then hold your admission wristband, your lanyard with your name badge and your workbook. What age is the UPW suitable for?

Have your child at the UPW - Here is the information!

Unleash the Power Within is generally suitable for participants of all ages. However, we recommend participation from the age of 16, as some program items are not suitable for younger children. Children under the age of 16 must leave the inside of the arena for certain program items. For example, they are not allowed to take part in the 5-hour Dickensian Trial on Saturday. We offer childcare in the children's room during this time.

Where can I park at the Lanxess Arena?

Here you will find all the important information if you are traveling by car.

The Arena parking garages P1 to P4 are available to you and are open around the clock. Just note that the maximum entry height in these parking garages is 1.90 meters.

Important note: Please note that P3, the VIP parking lot, and P5 may not be available.

We strongly recommend that you use the arena fare in advance to ensure that everything runs smoothly when you leave. This way, you can enjoy your visit to the Lanxess Arena worry-free and concentrate fully on the event.

Can I bring a backpack, suitcase, bags or electronic devices?

You may bring bags and rucksacks up to A4 size (21 cm x 29.7 cm) into the Lanxess Arena. However, larger bags and suitcases must be handed in on the north side in front of the arena (see map). A special bag drop-off point is available for this purpose.

We would like to point out that professional cameras, laptops and tablets may not be taken onto the premises and must also be deposited at the bag drop-off point.

To find the bag drop-off point, go outside the grounds to the north side of the Lanxess Arena. There you will find a stand where you can safely store your bag.

Further information on the regulations and bag drop-off can also be found on the Lanxess Arena website. It is important to follow these guidelines to ensure a smooth process and the safety of all visitors.

Do I have a fixed seat?

Free choice of seat in the category assigned to you - enjoy your preferred seat!

With your ticket, depending on the area, you have the option of selecting a seat of your choice. However, it is important to note that this seat is not permanently reserved for you. The principle of "free choice of seat - first come, first serve" applies here. To ensure that you get your preferred seat, we therefore recommend that you return to your seat in good time.

How do I pay in the Lanxess arena? - Cashless Arena

From Friday, 01.08.2025, it will only be possible to make cashless payments in large parts of the arena. Visitors are asked to take this into account when planning their visit to the LANXESS arena. Further information can be found here:

Important: If you are dependent on a wheelchair or have a walking disability, we strongly recommend that you book a Gold ticket, as suitable seats are only available in this category. Even if you have a ticket for the indoor area (Platinum or Diamond category), you can only sit in a special area on the lower tier level (Gold category) due to the Lanxess Arena's requirements and the fire protection concept.

Am I allowed to leave the UPW premises?

During the UPW, it is no problem at all to leave the site, whether to have a meal or take a short break. You can leave the grounds at will and return later without any problems. Once you receive a wristband and lanyard on entry, simply show it when you want to return to the site. This gives you the freedom to enjoy UPW to the full and at the same time the opportunity to fulfill your personal needs in between. Your comfort and enjoyment are our top priority!

Make sure you always have your admission wristband and lanyard with you when you leave the UPW grounds!

1. ticket types: The UPW offers different types of tickets, depending on what kind of access you want. There are standard tickets, VIP tickets and possibly also special ticket offers.

2nd prizes: Prices vary depending on the ticket type and, if applicable, the time of purchase. As a rule, standard tickets are cheaper than VIP tickets.

3. availability: Ticket availability may be limited, especially for certain offers such as VIP packages or early bird discounts. It is advisable to purchase tickets early to ensure you secure your place at the festival.

4. admission: The tickets contain information about admission. Please note that in addition to the admission tickets, there are also tickets for translation devices and insurance, which alone do not entitle you to admission. Make sure you bring the admission ticket with you to ensure smooth access to the festival site.

5. refund and exchange: Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.

6. additional services: VIP tickets or special offers may include additional services such as priority access, special seating areas or exclusive offers such as food and drink.

If you have purchased your ticket for the event, you have the option of adding simultaneous translation to your ticket.

Want to understand everything in your language? No problem! Simultaneous translation makes it possible. Please note, however, that the translation is only provided for English-speaking speakers in the respective language and no other languages are supported.

Important! Your ticket does not include a translation device by default. You must therefore select the option to add a translation device during the ordering process.

We offer translation services in the following languages: Spanish, French, German, Italian, Russian, Hebrew, Dutch, Greek and Polish.

Please have all documents (ticket) ready to hand out the device without being asked.

The device is on loan - a fee of €200 will be charged if it is lost or damaged.

After your order, you will receive a confirmation of purchase together with your ticket from Elopage/Ablefy by e-mail a PDF with your access ticket and translation ticket.

Standby for your translation device - how it works:

You have the choice of bringing your ticket either printed out or digitally on your cell phone.

There will be clear signs in the Lanxess Arena indicating where you can collect your translation device. Please have your ticket ready to complete the process quickly and smoothly.

Reorder your translation device:

You can reorder your translation device up to one week before the event. After that, it is no longer possible to reorder, not even during the event.

If you want to add your translation device to your ticket at a later date, simply open the order page for your ticket and select the appropriate option to add your translation device.

After you have received your tickets, you should also have received an e-mail with the corresponding invoice. Please check both your mailbox and your spam folder carefully, as the e-mail may occasionally end up there.

Problem with the order?

Value added tax on ticket purchases outside Germany

When purchasing a ticket for the Greator Festival, the German VAT of 19 % is automatically calculated. This is determined in accordance with German tax laws and it is not possible to change this tax calculation.

Can I cancel my ticket?

We understand that plans sometimes change - however, we would like to point out that unfortunately it is not possible to cancel. According to § 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts for leisure events that take place on a fixed date. This also applies to tickets for our event.

The good news is that your ticket is not personal and can therefore easily be passed on or sold to another person. So someone else can take your place - perhaps you know someone who would be happy to take part.

If you sell your ticket, we recommend that you make a brief written agreement with the buyer to avoid misunderstandings and ensure a smooth process.

All you have to do is send the PDF ticket to the new participant. The ticket is then simply personalized on site at check-in - a valid ID card is required for this. Please allow enough time for this process, as there may be longer waiting times, especially on the first day of the event.

We would like to politely ask you not to bring your own food and drink, because in the Lanxess Arena, as in other catering establishments, house rules apply. This means that you are not permitted to bring your own food or drink, similar to restaurants, cinemas and theaters.

We understand that this is an important rule to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests. But don't worry! We have prepared a wide selection of food and drinks for you. You will find numerous stalls in the arena where you can buy drinks and snacks at the regular Lanxess Arena prices.

Our ultimate goal is to ensure that your visit to the Lanxess Arena is an unforgettable experience. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation and look forward to welcoming you.
Flexibility in catering: You can leave the arena at any time!

We want to make sure that you have the freedom to organize your catering according to your wishes. Therefore, it is possible to leave the arena at any time and satisfy your culinary needs in the surrounding restaurants, supermarkets or kiosks. - Diamond Premium Ticket: Diamond Premium ticket holders who have a seat right by the stage with Tony Robbins can get their food and drinks in the WEST/ EAST club room and in the BACKSTAGE restaurant. Breakfast consists of small snacks, while hot dishes are served for lunch and dinner.

General information on check-in

Check-In:

To ensure that everything runs smoothly and to enable an incredible experience, it is important that all participants of the Unleash the Power Within have already registered before the start of the event at the specified registration times. Registration is therefore mandatory for participation in the event.

The check-in for the Unleash the Power Within consists of 2 parts:

Part 1: Personalization of the ticket

Part 2: Receipt of the admission wristband and lanyard with personalized badge (serves as admission ticket every 4 days)

Part 1 can already be done online before the event, so you save a lot of time on site at check-in. Further information will be published approx. 1-2 months before the event.

Online registration and check-in

Who can register online?

Online registration is triggered by the purchaser of the ticket and is possible if the purchaser has the participant's data. For tickets that are sold, only on-site registration is possible. Simply bring the PDF ticket and your identity card with you.

The 4 steps of online registration

Step 1: The buyer assigns the ticket(s) to the participants

Step 2: Each participant enters their own personal data (must match ID card)

Step 3: Each participant checks the data for accuracy

Step 4: Each participant receives a confirmation email with a QR code for admission

Check-In with online registration

If you have already registered your ticket online, only your ID card will be checked against the data provided on site. The QR code from the confirmation email is required for this. You will then receive your admission wristband, your lanyard with your name badge and your workbook. The wristband and lanyard are valid as admission tickets for all 4 days. Entry cannot be guaranteed if they are lost. Please also bring your workbook with you for all 4 days.

On-site registration is possible for all participants. However, we strongly recommend online registration in order to save a lot of time on site and ensure fast admission for all participants.

Your badge with your name will be printed and you will then hold your admission wristband, your lanyard with your name badge and your workbook. What age is the UPW suitable for?

Have your child at the UPW - Here is the information!

Unleash the Power Within is generally suitable for participants of all ages. However, we recommend participation from the age of 16, as some program items are not suitable for younger children. Children under the age of 16 must leave the inside of the arena for certain program items. For example, they are not allowed to take part in the 5-hour Dickensian Trial on Saturday. We offer childcare in the children's room during this time.

Where can I park at the Lanxess Arena?

Here you will find all the important information if you are traveling by car.

The Arena parking garages P1 to P4 are available to you and are open around the clock. Just note that the maximum entry height in these parking garages is 1.90 meters.

Important note: Please note that P3, the VIP parking lot, and P5 may not be available.

We strongly recommend that you use the arena fare in advance to ensure that everything runs smoothly when you leave. This way, you can enjoy your visit to the Lanxess Arena worry-free and concentrate fully on the event.

Can I bring a backpack, suitcase, bags or electronic devices?

You may bring bags and rucksacks up to A4 size (21 cm x 29.7 cm) into the Lanxess Arena. However, larger bags and suitcases must be handed in on the north side in front of the arena (see map). A special bag drop-off point is available for this purpose.

We would like to point out that professional cameras, laptops and tablets may not be taken onto the premises and must also be deposited at the bag drop-off point.

To find the bag drop-off point, go outside the grounds to the north side of the Lanxess Arena. There you will find a stand where you can safely store your bag.

Further information on the regulations and bag drop-off can also be found on the Lanxess Arena website. It is important to follow these guidelines to ensure a smooth process and the safety of all visitors.

Do I have a fixed seat?

Free choice of seat in the category assigned to you - enjoy your preferred seat!

With your ticket, depending on the area, you have the option of selecting a seat of your choice. However, it is important to note that this seat is not permanently reserved for you. The principle of "free choice of seat - first come, first serve" applies here. To ensure that you get your preferred seat, we therefore recommend that you return to your seat in good time.

How do I pay in the Lanxess arena? - Cashless Arena

Enjoy cashless payment in the Lanxess arena!

From Friday, 01.08.2025, it will only be possible to make cashless payments in large parts of the arena. Visitors are asked to take this into account when planning their visit to the LANXESS arena. Further information can be found here:

If you are looking for information on accessibility at the Lanxess Arena, all relevant details for visitors with physical disabilities are available on the arena's official website. This information includes details of wheelchair-accessible entrances, elevators and accessible toilets. Important: If you are dependent on a wheelchair or have a walking disability, we strongly recommend that you book a Gold ticket, as suitable seats are only available in this category. Even if you have a ticket for the indoor area (Platinum or Diamond category), you can only sit in a special area on the lower tier level (Gold category) due to the Lanxess Arena's requirements and the fire protection concept.

Am I allowed to leave the UPW premises?

During the UPW, it is no problem at all to leave the site, whether to have a meal or take a short break. You can leave the grounds at will and return later without any problems. Once you receive a wristband and lanyard on entry, simply show it when you want to return to the site. This gives you the freedom to enjoy UPW to the full and at the same time the opportunity to fulfill your personal needs in between. Your comfort and enjoyment are our top priority!

Make sure you always have your admission wristband and lanyard with you when you leave the UPW grounds!

There are numerous different hotels available in the immediate vicinity of the Lanxess Arena. You are sure to find the hotel that best suits your needs via Google or other search platforms such as Booking. We do not wish to make a specific recommendation.

Questions about tickets in general

1. ticket types: The UPW offers different types of tickets, depending on what kind of access you want. There are standard tickets, VIP tickets and possibly also special ticket offers.

2nd prizes: Prices vary depending on the ticket type and, if applicable, the time of purchase. As a rule, standard tickets are cheaper than VIP tickets.

3. availability: Ticket availability may be limited, especially for certain offers such as VIP packages or early bird discounts. It is advisable to purchase tickets early to ensure you secure your place at the festival.

4. admission: The tickets contain information about admission. Please note that in addition to the admission tickets, there are also tickets for translation devices and insurance, which alone do not entitle you to admission. Make sure you bring the admission ticket with you to ensure smooth access to the festival site.

5. refund and exchange: Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.

6. additional services: VIP tickets or special offers may include additional services such as priority access, special seating areas or exclusive offers such as food and drink.

7. safety: Make sure you keep your ticket safe, as it often cannot be replaced if it is lost or stolen.

8. updated information: Make sure you keep an eye on the official website or other official channels for any updates and changes regarding your ticket.

If you are unable to attend the event due to unforeseen circumstances, such as a serious illness like Covid-19, pregnancy, a job change or a public transport delay that causes more than half of the event, you will receive a refund up to a maximum of €2000.

Generally, the ticket will be sent to you as a PDF in an e-mail after you place your order

To be on the safe side, we recommend that you save your ticket externally on your cell phone and your laptop or PC. This way, you will always have access to all relevant information, even if you don't have an internet connection.

Questions about the translation devices?

Everything you need to know about translation devices

If you have purchased your ticket for the event, you have the option of adding simultaneous translation to your ticket.

Want to understand everything in your language? No problem! Simultaneous translation makes it possible. Please note, however, that the translation is only provided for English-speaking speakers in the respective language and no other languages are supported.

Important! Your ticket does not include a translation device by default. You must therefore select the option to add a translation device during the ordering process.

We offer translation services in the following languages: Spanish, French, German, Italian, Russian, Hebrew, Dutch, Greek and Polish.

Please have all documents (ticket) ready to hand out the device without being asked.

The device is on loan - a fee of €200 will be charged if it is lost or damaged.

Do you use a hearing aid and need a special adapter? Please contact us in advance so that we can prepare everything.
After your order, you will receive a confirmation of purchase together with your ticket from Elopage/Ablefy by e-mail a PDF with your access ticket and translation ticket.

Standby for your translation device - how it works:

You have the choice of bringing your ticket either printed out or digitally on your cell phone.

There will be clear signs in the Lanxess Arena indicating where you can collect your translation device. Please have your ticket ready to complete the process quickly and smoothly.

Reorder your translation device:

You can reorder your translation device up to one week before the event. After that, it is no longer possible to reorder, not even during the event.

If you want to add your translation device to your ticket at a later date, simply open the order page for your ticket and select the appropriate option to add your translation device.

Questions about the invoice?

After you have received your tickets, you should also have received an e-mail with the corresponding invoice. Please check both your mailbox and your spam folder carefully, as the e-mail may occasionally end up there.

Problem with the order?

If your VAT identification number (VAT ID) is not accepted when ordering, simply order the ticket as a private individual. We will subsequently add the relevant data to your invoice. Please let us know using the contact form below.

Value added tax on ticket purchases outside Germany

When purchasing a ticket for the Greator Festival, the German VAT of 19 % is automatically calculated. This is determined in accordance with German tax laws and it is not possible to change this tax calculation.

Can I cancel my ticket?

We understand that plans sometimes change - however, we would like to point out that unfortunately it is not possible to cancel. According to § 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts for leisure events that take place on a fixed date. This also applies to tickets for our event.

The good news is that your ticket is not personal and can therefore easily be passed on or sold to another person. So someone else can take your place - perhaps you know someone who would be happy to take part.

If you sell your ticket, we recommend that you make a brief written agreement with the buyer to avoid misunderstandings and ensure a smooth process.

All you have to do is send the PDF ticket to the new participant. The ticket is then simply personalized on site at check-in - a valid ID card is required for this. Please allow enough time for this process, as there may be longer waiting times, especially on the first day of the event.

Can I bring my own catering (food & drinks)?

You are not allowed to bring your own food and drink, but we have a large selection for you!

We would like to politely ask you not to bring your own food and drink, because in the Lanxess Arena, as in other catering establishments, house rules apply. This means that you are not permitted to bring your own food or drink, similar to restaurants, cinemas and theaters.

We understand that this is an important rule to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests. But don't worry! We have prepared a wide selection of food and drinks for you. You will find numerous stalls in the arena where you can buy drinks and snacks at the regular Lanxess Arena prices.

Our ultimate goal is to ensure that your visit to the Lanxess Arena is an unforgettable experience. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation and look forward to welcoming you.
Flexibility in catering: You can leave the arena at any time!

We want to make sure that you have the freedom to organize your catering according to your wishes. Therefore, it is possible to leave the arena at any time and satisfy your culinary needs in the surrounding restaurants, supermarkets or kiosks. Your experience is in your hands and you can eat as you please at any time.

Make sure you always have your admission wristband and lanyard with you when you leave the UPW grounds.

Own food and drink: We would like to point out that it is not permitted to bring your own food and drink into the arena. These items must be disposed of before entering the arena. It is also not permitted to bring bottles of any kind into the arena.

- Black Ticket: If you have a Black Ticket for the event and have been allocated a box, you can expect a comfortable experience. Your food and drinks will be brought directly to your box so that you can enjoy them in peace. Breakfast consists of small snacks, while hot dishes are served for lunch and dinner. Our black box catering opens at the same time as the interior.

- Diamond Premium Ticket: Diamond Premium ticket holders who have a seat right by the stage with Tony Robbins can get their food and drinks in the WEST/ EAST club room and in the BACKSTAGE restaurant. Breakfast consists of small snacks, while hot dishes are served for lunch and dinner.

- Diamond Ticketswhich acquired via Tony Robbins or as Bonus awarded do not include catering - here you can also purchase food and drinks directly in the arena.

General information on check-in

Check-In:

To ensure that everything runs smoothly and to enable an incredible experience, it is important that all participants of the Unleash the Power Within have already registered before the start of the event at the specified registration times. Registration is therefore mandatory for participation in the event.

The check-in for the Unleash the Power Within consists of 2 parts:

Part 1: Personalization of the ticket

Part 2: Receipt of the admission wristband and lanyard with personalized badge (serves as admission ticket every 4 days)

Part 1 can already be done online before the event, so you save a lot of time on site at check-in. Further information will be published approx. 1-2 months before the event.

Online registration and check-in

Who can register online?

Online registration is triggered by the purchaser of the ticket and is possible if the purchaser has the participant's data. For tickets that are sold, only on-site registration is possible. Simply bring the PDF ticket and your identity card with you.

The 4 steps of online registration

Step 1: The buyer assigns the ticket(s) to the participants

Step 2: Each participant enters their own personal data (must match ID card)

Step 3: Each participant checks the data for accuracy

Step 4: Each participant receives a confirmation email with a QR code for admission

Check-In with online registration

If you have already registered your ticket online, only your ID card will be checked against the data provided on site. The QR code from the confirmation email is required for this. You will then receive your admission wristband, your lanyard with your name badge and your workbook. The wristband and lanyard are valid as admission tickets for all 4 days. Entry cannot be guaranteed if they are lost. Please also bring your workbook with you for all 4 days.

On-site registration and check-in

On-site registration is possible for all participants. However, we strongly recommend online registration in order to save a lot of time on site and ensure fast admission for all participants.

Check-in with on-site registration

Your badge with your name will be printed and you will then hold your admission wristband, your lanyard with your name badge and your workbook. The wristband and lanyard are valid as admission tickets for all 4 days. If they are lost, admission can no longer be guaranteed. Please also bring your workbook with you for all 4 days

Free accompanying person with a disability card?

If you have proof that you need an accompanying person, we will be happy to issue you with an accompanying person ticket! Because then you can bring an accompanying person to the festival free of charge. 

Important! Please note that we can only provide the second ticket if a "B" is noted on your ID.

2. send us a screenshot of your ticket together with your ID using the contact form below.
3. we will then send you a free companion ticket in the same category.

Pets or other animals, with the exception of legally authorized service animals, which must remain on a leash and accompanied by their owner at all times

Recreational devices such as drones, unmanned aerial systems (UAS), remote-controlled toys or other wheeled vehicles as mobility aids for the disabled

Glass container

Liquids of all kinds

Drinks, illegal substances, drugs or drug paraphernalia

Objects that may prevent others from enjoying the event, such as banners, signs, beach balls or other inflatable devices, laser pointers, noise machines, horns, musical instruments, balls, frisbees

Battery-powered clothing, including heated socks, jackets, etc.

Camcorders, video recorders or cameras with detachable lenses larger than 6"

Chairs, stools or other seating devices

What distinguishes my Diamond category from Diamond Premium?

As your ticket is part of a Tony Robbins package, different conditions apply to your ticket than to the Diamond Premium tickets. Please note that food and drinks and access to the Diamond Lounge are not included with this ticket.

What age is the UPW suitable for?

Have your child at the UPW - Here is the information!

Unleash the Power Within is generally suitable for participants of all ages. However, we recommend participation from the age of 16, as some program items are not suitable for younger children. Children under the age of 16 must leave the inside of the arena for certain program items. For example, they are not allowed to take part in the 5-hour Dickensian Trial on Saturday. We offer childcare in the children's room during this time.

Where can I park at the Lanxess Arena?

Here you will find all the important information if you are traveling by car.

The Arena parking garages P1 to P4 are available to you and are open around the clock. Just note that the maximum entry height in these parking garages is 1.90 meters.

Important note: Please note that P3, the VIP parking lot, and P5 may not be available.

We strongly recommend that you use the arena fare in advance to ensure that everything runs smoothly when you leave. This way, you can enjoy your visit to the Lanxess Arena worry-free and concentrate fully on the event.

Can I bring a backpack, suitcase, bags or electronic devices?

You may bring bags and rucksacks up to A4 size (21 cm x 29.7 cm) into the Lanxess Arena. However, larger bags and suitcases must be handed in on the north side in front of the arena (see map). A special bag drop-off point is available for this purpose.

We would like to point out that professional cameras, laptops and tablets may not be taken onto the premises and must also be deposited at the bag drop-off point.

To find the bag drop-off point, go outside the grounds to the north side of the Lanxess Arena. There you will find a stand where you can safely store your bag.

Do I have a fixed seat?

Free choice of seat in the category assigned to you - enjoy your preferred seat!

With your ticket, depending on the area, you have the option of selecting a seat of your choice. However, it is important to note that this seat is not permanently reserved for you. The principle of "free choice of seat - first come, first serve" applies here. To ensure that you get your preferred seat, we therefore recommend that you return to your seat in good time.

How do I pay in the Lanxess arena? - Cashless Arena

Even if you have a ticket for the indoor area (Platinum or Diamond category), you can only sit in a special area on the lower tier level (Gold category) due to the Lanxess Arena's requirements and the fire protection concept.

Am I allowed to leave the UPW premises?

During the UPW, it is no problem at all to leave the site, whether to have a meal or take a short break. You can leave the grounds at will and return later without any problems. Once you receive a wristband and lanyard on entry, simply show it when you want to return to the site. This gives you the freedom to enjoy UPW to the full and at the same time the opportunity to fulfill your personal needs in between. Your comfort and enjoyment are our top priority!

Make sure you always have your admission wristband and lanyard with you when you leave the UPW grounds!

Questions about tickets in general

1. ticket types: The UPW offers different types of tickets, depending on what kind of access you want. There are standard tickets, VIP tickets and possibly also special ticket offers.

2nd prizes: Prices vary depending on the ticket type and, if applicable, the time of purchase. As a rule, standard tickets are cheaper than VIP tickets.

3. availability: Ticket availability may be limited, especially for certain offers such as VIP packages or early bird discounts. It is advisable to purchase tickets early to ensure you secure your place at the festival.

4. admission: The tickets contain information about admission. Please note that in addition to the admission tickets, there are also tickets for translation devices and insurance, which alone do not entitle you to admission. Make sure you bring the admission ticket with you to ensure smooth access to the festival site.

5. refund and exchange: Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.

If you have purchased your ticket for the event, you have the option of adding simultaneous translation to your ticket.

Want to understand everything in your language? No problem! Simultaneous translation makes it possible. Please note, however, that the translation is only provided for English-speaking speakers in the respective language and no other languages are supported.

Important! Your ticket does not include a translation device by default. You must therefore select the option to add a translation device during the ordering process.

We offer translation services in the following languages: Spanish, French, German, Italian, Russian, Hebrew, Dutch, Greek and Polish.

Please have all documents (ticket) ready to hand out the device without being asked.

The device is on loan - a fee of €200 will be charged if it is lost or damaged.

Standby for your translation device - how it works:

You have the choice of bringing your ticket either printed out or digitally on your cell phone.

There will be clear signs in the Lanxess Arena indicating where you can collect your translation device. Please have your ticket ready to complete the process quickly and smoothly.

Reorder your translation device:

You can reorder your translation device up to one week before the event. After that, it is no longer possible to reorder, not even during the event.

If you want to add your translation device to your ticket at a later date, simply open the order page for your ticket and select the appropriate option to add your translation device.

Value added tax on ticket purchases outside Germany

When purchasing a ticket for the Greator Festival, the German VAT of 19 % is automatically calculated. This is determined in accordance with German tax laws and it is not possible to change this tax calculation.

Can I cancel my ticket?

We understand that plans sometimes change - however, we would like to point out that unfortunately it is not possible to cancel. According to § 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts for leisure events that take place on a fixed date. This also applies to tickets for our event.

The good news is that your ticket is not personal and can therefore easily be passed on or sold to another person. So someone else can take your place - perhaps you know someone who would be happy to take part.

If you sell your ticket, we recommend that you make a brief written agreement with the buyer to avoid misunderstandings and ensure a smooth process.

All you have to do is send the PDF ticket to the new participant. The ticket is then simply personalized on site at check-in - a valid ID card is required for this. Please allow enough time for this process, as there may be longer waiting times, especially on the first day of the event.

We would like to politely ask you not to bring your own food and drink, because in the Lanxess Arena, as in other catering establishments, house rules apply. This means that you are not permitted to bring your own food or drink, similar to restaurants, cinemas and theaters.

We understand that this is an important rule to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests. But don't worry! We have prepared a wide selection of food and drinks for you. You will find numerous stalls in the arena where you can buy drinks and snacks at the regular Lanxess Arena prices.

Flexibility in catering: You can leave the arena at any time!

We want to make sure that you have the freedom to organize your catering according to your wishes. - Diamond Premium Ticket: Diamond Premium ticket holders who have a seat right by the stage with Tony Robbins can get their food and drinks in the WEST/ EAST club room and in the BACKSTAGE restaurant. Breakfast consists of small snacks, while hot dishes are served for lunch and dinner.

What is registration?

Registration for Unleash the Power Within Virtual is a virtual check-in that must be completed before accessing the event. There are three simple steps that must be completed during the designated registration times.

We strongly recommend that you register in good time before the first day of the event to ensure that you have all the information, access and links you need to participate in the event in full power.

To register, you need to access a link, fill out a short questionnaire and sign a waiver. You will then be connected to Zoom by a Team Tony team member. During this process, it will be checked whether you can use Zoom with all its functions that are relevant for the event.

IMPORTANT: Registration must be done on the same device you plan to use to participate in Unleash the Power Within Virtual.

When will I receive the registration information?
